Breaches by the PA of the Oslo Accords

Special Report: The science of PA rejectionism

19.5.24
The Palestinian Arabs’ “essential principle” in 1947 of rejecting “Jewish sovereignty” in any part of the land was adopted in 1965 as the core ideology of the PLO. It was reconfirmed in 1988 as the endgame of the PLO’s program to destroy Israel in stages, and it continues today as key to the doctrine of the Palestinian Authority.

Can a mother pray for her son to die as a Martyr?

1.5.24
The Palestinian Authority has been effective at brainwashing people of all ages to believe that achieving martyrdom, or dying for Allah, is a supreme value. This is demonstrated through interviews with family members of terrorists who openly express their pride and desire for their loved ones to become martyrs. The PA heavily promotes this messaging through official television broadcasts, targeting children in particular. Even after the deaths of one child, some parents pray for their other children to also become martyrs. This strategy has been criticized as "civilization abuse" and continues despite supposed efforts at revitalization by the PA.

Is the PA still sending kids to fight and die?

1.5.24
The Palestinian Authority is still sending children to fight and die as martyrs, while simultaneously portraying them as victims and heroes. This policy is evident in the case of 17-year-old Khaled Al-Uruq, whose father praised Allah for making his son a martyr, but also claimed victimhood when his son was killed by Israeli forces. This tactic of promoting child martyrdom is viewed as blatant child abuse.

Walid Daqqa: From terrorist to PA’s role model and victim

9.4.24
PA propaganda specializes in taking despicable perpetrators of terrorist acts and turning them into role models and victims at the same time. Palestinian Media Watch has reported about this phenomenon numerous times. Today’s Palestinian terrorist folk hero is Walid Daqqa, who died this week of cancer in prison while serving a life sentence for taking part in the kidnapping and brutal murder of Israeli soldier Moshe Tamam in 1984. Daqqa had been receiving treatment at an Israeli hospital.

PA denies Politico report that it will change Pay-for-Slay program

8.4.24
The Palestinian official in charge of ensuring that salaries are paid to the families of terrorists in the notorious “Pay-for-Slay” program has categorically dismissed reports that the PA would end the payments. A report in Politico in March 2024 cited two Biden administration officials that “the U.S. is near a deal with the Palestinian Authority to end its contentious ‘martyr payments’ for people who commit acts of violence against Israel.”
